Q. How do I enquire about the parts for sale, or ask a question?
A. Simply click on the 'Enquiries' button in the navigation bar (this is on the left of the screen). You will see an enquiry form to fill in and send to pugspares.co.uk. If you prefer, you can send an email to enquiries@pugspares.co.uk

Q. Can I phone the 0800 number to make an enquiry?
A. No, the 0800 number is for placing orders only. It is set up as a card debiting facility for those who prefer not to send their card details over the internet. You should phone this number only if you want to order parts you have seen for sale on the site, or if you have already agreed a special order and price through a previous enquiry. The 0800 call centre staff are not trained to answer your technical questions and will be unable to help you with these.

Q. What if I need a part for my Peugeot that I can't see on the site?
A. Send an enquiry form to pugspares.co.uk and we will do our best to find the parts you need, or point you in the right direction.

Q. I have a technical enquiry about my Peugeot. Can you help me with this?
A. Yes, send it on an enquiry form and we will advise you on technical matters where possible. Please check out the FAQs first though, as the answer may be there for you already.

Q. I have ordered some parts and I have a query with the order, what do I do?
A. Send an enquiry form and we will answer your query straight away. If you prefer, you can email

Site Navigation
Q. How do I find my way around the web site?
A. On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a menu bar with buttons. Click on the buttons to browse the different pages. Your chosen page will appear in the main part of the screen and the menu bar will always be there for quick and easy access. When you click on some of the menu buttons, for instance the car models, a sub-menu will appear in the main screen area. Click on this sub-menu for the page you want to visit.

All around the pages you will see 'hyperlinks'. Clicking on these words will take you back to the menus or directly to other related pages. Hyperlinks look like: hyperlink

You will also see 'banners' at the top of the screen. Please click on these to visit other recommended sites of interest.

Q. When I visit the pugspares.co.uk web site, it does not display properly. Why is this?
A. This is most likely because you are running an old internet browser. The web site is designed to work in Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, versions 3.0 onwards. The site also works with Mac based browsers. If you have an older browser, the frames may not display properly. You should still be able to view the site, but it will not appear in the way it was designed. You can download the latest versions of the browsers free, from the Microsoft or Netscape web sites.

Ordering
Q. How do I order parts from the pugspares.co.uk web site?
A. Simply fill in the order form and press submit. To find this, just click on 'Orders' from the menu on the left hand side. Press submit and your order will be acknowledged by email and dispatched. Please ensure you complete your email address properly, as this is how we acknowledge your order or contact you if we need any more information.

Also, you can phone 0800 975 6437 and order by credit and debit card. Please note this number is for orders only, not enquiries.

You can fax your order on 023 8045 4066. It's best to complete the the order form from the site, and then fax this, as it prompts you for all the information we need to process your order.

Q. What happens once I have submitted my order?
A. You will get an email the same day, confirming your order has been received and dispatched. It will confirm the content of your order and the prices.

Q. How do I make an enquiry about the progress of my order?
A. Send an enquiry form by clicking on the 'Enquiry' button in the menu on the left hand side. You can also send an email to
enquiries@pugspares.co.uk We will answer your enquiry straight away.

Please do not phone the 0800 number to enquire about your order - this is a card debiting facility for orders only, and they do not have access to order progress.

Q. Is there a guarantee on my order?
A. Yes, new parts are guaranteed for a year, and second hand parts for one month. If you need to return your parts under the guarantee, return them to the address on your invoice. Please provide your invoice number (or a copy of the invoice), name, contact details and the reason for the return.
