Wheel fittings are not always standard sizes. The bolt patterns and offsets are often different from 'standard' models. It can be a bit difficult working out which wheel can fit on particular models when using various catalogues. We have done the hard work for you. Anodised Alloy Wheel Nut/Valve sets: Inspired by Japanese GT racers these sets add the finishing touch to any 'COMBAT' conversion. Available in Normal, Bulge, and Slim fit tuning versions. Each set contains 4 wheel nuts and 1 valve. Available sizes: 12M1.5, and 12M1.25 thread pitches.
Locking Wheel Nuts and Bolts: We can supply TUV approved locking wheel nuts and bolts suitable for most of the wheels we sell. Available in single key and twin key configurations. We also offer McGard Wheel Lock Nut and Wheel Lock Bolt sets.
Safety
Before fitting tyres on all wheels check:
1) Wheels are correct stud fitting for the vehicle and any relevant fasteners or locating rings are correct in relation both to vehicle and wheel.
2) Check wheel on vehicle and to ensure it clears brake and suspension parts and rotates freely on both front and rear hubs.
3) When fastened to the hub, make sure that no part of the wheel can make contact with the brake drums or callipers; or any other part of the steering or suspension.
4) Check nut/bolt location seating is correct and that the threads are rust free, and not over lubricated.
5) Where possible always use the adhesive type of balance weight, as these help to avoid scratching of the wheel finish.
6) Carry out a visual 'lock to lock' check to ensure full bodywork clearance.
