Surcharges - A surcharge is an amount of money that we charge you on certain items when that part is a reconditioned unit, and we require the old unit back for reconditioning.

You should be aware that the following items are subject to a surcharge:

  • Driveshafts
  • Brake Calipers
  • Starter motors
  • Alternators
  • HP Pumps
  • Pinion valves
  • PAS Pumps
  • Flow Valves
  • Cylinder Heads
  • ECU Units
  • Diesel Injectors

If you purchase one of these product groups from us via the Online shop, the surcharge will be automatically shown.

When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount will be refunded to you as soon as the old unit has passed through our Returns Department.

The only exceptions to this rule are in instances when your old unit is completely unserviceable due to for example damage to a casing, missing parts etc. In that instance we reserve the right not to refund the surcharge.

Be assured that in the vast majority of cases the old unit surcharge is refunded.

Alternator A surcharge will be added to the cost of your new part and this is refundable on return of your old part. The carcass from your old part is used in the remanufacturing process. Generic photograph, may not show actual item to be delivered
